At Glass Bongs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging to ensure you receive the highest quality glassware.
Verify Condition
Ensure your item is completely unused, clean, and in its original protective packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any glass that has been used.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your glass item using the original bubble wrap and cushioning to prevent breakage during transit. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
